Bit pissed off!

I broke two ribs over the summer in separate accidents, which kept me off the fells and limited my fun at the gym. A badly twisted ankle put the icing on the cake.  I now feel a little sorry for myself and desperately need to get back to fitness.  Before all that crap i was starting to run like the wind.

Not sure how the new blog will help with all this, and i've not really thought how I will make use of it (blog that is), but it seemed like a good idea after 2 glasses of wine and an inspirational (wet n windy) afternoon fiddling about with Safari - as a PC/Microsoft user for many years i cannot begin to praise the merits of an iMac (and Leopard) strongly enough.

Welcome to the unofficial We Love Josh fan club! Glad you like Macs - they are the weetest things to use, after wrestling with PCs, BSODs, and all that :)

I note you have photography listed as an interest - care to point us at your flickr account? I miss the wet, bleakness of the fells on a November morning - not a lot! I wish you success with your blog - I really must sort mine out!

I'm new around here - nothing on flickr yet, don't know whether to reply to comments with more comments or email the author? Not even sure where, why or how to take the blog forward...

Please tell me Josh is for real as this is all his fault. Thanks for the welcome to the (unofficial) fan club.

hi skweeky its a small world cos i did something like you did on holiday last summer. fell off my bike and jammed my elbow into my ribs an probably broke one or 2 of them. really fucked off as i was getting proper fit and had big run an more biking planned. never knew so much pain before and took ages to clear up - in fact still a bit sore but am running again. let me know how your running is going. fact might try to get out this week'd and play in the snow if we get any

Aren't Macs amazing? :)

I recently got bicep tendinitis and have been unable to continue my upper body exercises and I'm very VERY sad about it. I had been making progress and now this sets me back a lot.. So I definitely know how you feel. :(

Welcome to blogging. Looking forward to reading more from you
